And then it takes forever to actually communicate. Initial set up was a nightmare. After a week app now gets stuck on “loading your data” then crashes. Recently got a storage unit and downloaded this app for ease of access. Completely useless app. Crashes while searching for a facility. Doesn’t work despite multiple downloaded across both Apple and Android. Not sure if this is new or has been going on for a while. If the later, this might be a scam app to steal your data. As stated above, STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!! At least until they fix it to deliver on what is advertised. ### 1/5 — Upgrade Version is Sorry *2026-04-25* This is an excellent example of a worthless app. Before the recent update it worked 50% of the time. After the update it’s not working at all. So then you have to start over from scratch and add them all again along with your codes. When I get to the front door, it never works, and the elevator works ~1/5 times. “Auto mode” is just greyed out. The idea seems great, but in practice, it feels hacky, and when my arm at full of stuff going in/out of storage, I just need it to work 100% of the time - NFC would be way better… I tried a bunch of times over the last few months, but in practice, I just end up using my code. ### 1/5 — Slow connections *2026-06-06, version 3.6.5* I don’t know if it is this app or my storage unit, but it usually takes so long to connect that it’s faster just to get out of the car and type in my code.
