So annoying I use this for work!! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-01-25* Whoever sold this to my employer should be the liar of the year. Takes forever, loads at the Star Trek speed of 1 image per every 25 minutes. Have to found one useful aspect using it but am required to. ### 1/5 — Broken *2023-10-12* Terrible program. All of its features don’t work. Try to use the barcode scanner…the app crashes. Try to upload a photo…the app freezes or takes 25 minutes to process it. Try to find identify an item your photographing….the app can’t tell the difference between a bottle and a shelf. Try to call apps customer service to get problem work arounds…..get told they can’t do anything without approval from the company owner. ### 1/5 — Fail *2022-08-18, version 3.13.7* The app is unable to process the info and fails you causing you to have to revisit. AI is only as smart as it is taught ### 1/5 — Won’t work *2026-03-10* Doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Many Issues *2025-11-12* I really used to enjoy using Store Intelligence but since the most recent few updates there are constantly issues. At the moment it won’t accept photos and is kicking them off after upload like it never even happened. This is affecting SO many people ### 1/5 — Loading issues *2025-11-11* Glitch loading pictures that require you to back out and re-enter multiple times. Prone to kicking you out of app mid task. Cannot identify simple products. Picks up too many items in neighboring sections. Unfortunately between the crashes, freezes, kicking us out and overall not identifying products If I could give it less than one star I would. ### 1/5 — Intelligence? *2024-11-19* Every time I get an update for “bug fixes” it gets worse. And thats the best I can say about this app. If you have to use it, good luck. ### 1/5 — New name, same bad program. *2024-09-16* They changed the name of this app and nuked all the bad reviews to hide the fact this program is unbelievably bad at the sole job it’s supposed to do. It’s slow, crashes constantly and the AI it uses is almost useless at identifying products. More often than not it will generate non existing shelving from ceiling tiles and random hardware. It will also regularly waste the users time by having to confirm items locations that are already correct because it can’t detect the start or end of a shelf even when perfectly framed. Someone should get a refund for this pile of trash. Humans still trump AI. ### 1/5 — Updating *2024-07-24* Same thing it tells me it needs me to update but it doesn’t. Most of the bad reviews are from users that simply don’t know how to use the app properly or have poor internet connection. I have used the app for years and yes on occasion there is a slight issue but doesn’t every app have that from time to time. More often than not it is nothing more than a bad or spotty internet connection. ### 3/5 — Takes up space on phone as your using it *2025-09-28* I think this app is good but what I don’t like about it is that as I’m doing my work taking pics through the app, it uses storage space until there’s no storage room left on my phone . In the middle of my work, I have to delete the app to clear up space & then redownload it to continue my work. One time it deleted everything I had already done , looking like I didn’t complete my work. I have an iPhone. It is very frustrating. ### 3/5 — could be developed better *2024-10-02* Application has its good days and its bad days. The IT department needs to do testing at times when nobody is using the program, and also need to sync both IOS and Android platforms accurately. Stop beta testing when people are in the field using it. We have team leads and data collectors that can’t complete their work properly because of bad coding tactics, and code that isn’t finished properly put out into production. This would be an optimal program if the developers would actually make it work right. ### 2/5 — So glitchy…. *2026-08-15* I use this at my job and I have to reinstall it every week because it locks up too much. ### 2/5 — Storage burner *2022-11-29, version 3.14.2* I use this for work and it is soo frustrating. ATM the app is using 32 GBs of storage. When taking pics the shutter button lags, lags, lags. Then the second click lags even longer. Contacted tech support and was advised that I need to delete the app and reinstall. However doing so deletes any unloaded scans, thereby losing those scans.
