You need to pay a monthly fee for each feature. $2.99 for Dashboard $3.99 to modify products $2.99 for coupon details $2.99 for website banners $2.99 for Gift certificates So to get full functionality you pay $16/month. That’s half the price of owning a BigCommerce site. I didn’t pay for the subscription, so I can’t tell you if it works well. ### 4/5 — Saves Time *2019-09-13, version 4.3.5* Shipment and tracking is useful. waited for new feature. ### 2/5 — Charges you for everything you click on *2018-04-09* Looks like a great app ,,, but you click on orders and it says you need to subscribe for $0.99 a month ,,, fair enough, done ,,, then click on products and it asks you to subscribe again, this time for $3.99 a month, click on customers and you guessed it, subscribe again for a different amount. My store showed the same order value for a day and a half. I have all three Big Commerce apps and this is the only one that has this issue. This app charges you per month to access the sales reports and does not provide access to the tracking #s. The app simply does not deliver what a business owner manager needs who cannot (should not) be behind a desk at the desktop app. I also do not see a way to remove from the subscription from the app for the monthly charge even though it gave instructions when signing up. It has all the features of the competing apps and other additional features. Two features that I found really useful are tracking sales numbers real time through the dashboard and customer shipment tracking details.
