### 4/5 — Worked great until latest Apple update

I’ve used this app, and devices for years and loved it. However after the latest update on iOS the thumb drives will no longer connect to my iPhone 16. 
At first I thought maybe the drive got corrupted, but I have two of these and neither one will connect anymore. Can someone look into this to this please?

My coworker regularly uses this app and hardware to transfer coordinates for survey jobs from email to the data collector via .csv file. Upon updating to the latest iOS the option to paste into store ‘n’ go no longer appears. Is the problem with the iOS or the app itself?

I spent my morning with this Strore n go and I even requested help from the apple support team. Still not transferring my photos always and error messages. Don’t spend your money on this device. Now I have to go back to Staples store to get my money back.

Construction manual doesn’t help at all. You have to rely on YouTube tutorial complete waste of time. Do not recommend.

Now I have to go back to Staples and get my money back when I have the chance.  It would not save anything from my iPhone 13 mini. And if I knew there were reviews for the stop and goes device on the App Store I would’ve seen them & not buy the thing to begin with.  & to think you need to download an app to use a memory stick??  Are you kidding me?  The device is worthless. Don’t waste your time & hard-earned money. Staples in Canada charges 59.99 + tax, so it’s not cheap!! Apple should think long and hard on what company they let into the App Store.

This app is a disgrace! The UI is a complete departure from anything else in the iOS ecosystem, making it highly unintuitive, but the worst part is the app simply DOES NOT WORK most of the time. File copies fail for mysterious reasons and when they do complete the files are often corrupt. The app is in desperate need of an update but hasn’t had one in two years as of this review so don’t hold your breath. Verbatim is an old school name in storage media and used to be one I trusted, but after my experience with this abominable app I’m taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I must say that i had much better luck with the warranty department as they couldn’t troubleshoot it (incapable of creating a folder destination) and had the same issues when receiving the replacement. iPhone 8 with current software- didn’t recognize upon plug in. Way too much of my life wasted trying to move files.

The little keychain thing is good for hanging my unused headphones on though, accounting for the 1 star.

Never buying Verbatim products again.  Can’t be bothered to update the app, and make sure the product is available when one goes to use it?   Can’t access the memory stick at all.  Fix it, and stop being lazy, or give back the money.
