Then all of a sudden, I purchased a $100 gift card for Safeway and I never get it. I also bought a Walmart $20 gc, but I can’t use it because it didn’t come with a pin! At first, I was able to leave voicemails and I did one a week for about three weeks and then I’d send an email a couple of times and then I would try to chat, but I always got a message that no one was available and that is the same messaging now when I tried to leave another voicemail. I’m hoping that by reading a three star rating that the company will help redeem itself because I don’t like to leave reviews. However, recently they have removed all of the gift cards I use. I tried to reach out them over email but not getting any response from last 15 days. even they don’t care about responding. I had multiple issues. Never received referral bonus though they mentioned in application. when I contacted them they said we discontinued referral bonus for referring app and after that when I asked why it’s mentioned in application about share and earn then no response. Even after that they charge me annual fees without any information and consent and when I asked for refund they responded we can’t refund annual fees. Over several months I have tried to get in contact with them and they never get back to me or reply back. I lost access to my account after changing my phone number and they are no help. It’s frustrating that they can hold my balance but make it impossible to access or get help.
