They want you to use orders via fax rather than fix their slow/lagging app. What a joke ### 1/5 — Needs upgrades! *2021-08-05* This app is pretty much worthless. Most of the time it won’t open past the title screen. If it opens, we don’t get notifications. After it prints, it kicks you out. I’d rather use the slow Android app than iOS because at least it tells us when there’s an order. ### 1/5 — Not good! *2020-09-16* The app doesn’t notify when you get a new order. I talked to support many times and nothing is resolved yet. Not a good experience with the platform so far. It does not work as it should. The app doesn't let you know when there is new order come in if the app is not opened likewise if iPad is in sleeping mode. Also, once the order is confirmed it kick you of order screen into order history screen.
