I was at the Capital all day and needed somewhere to store my bag since I was going right to the train station and didn’t have a hotel room. I have already checked out from my hotel and stuck with two luggage’s. I wanted to explore Little Havana, Store Me app found me a beautiful gallery(right in the heart of Little Havana) to store my luggages so I can wander around the lovely Cuban town. The process is so simple and straightforward, and they had the kindest people working at the StoreMe partner gallery. It feels wonderful to make use of those few hours, I cannot remember how many times I just headed to airports hours early because I had stuck with my luggages. So looking forward to use the app again! I just want to say thank you so much for creating this brilliant app, it made my day and let me explore the city when I had a flight in a few hours. This is a Really convenient service. For a very reasonable fee I found a location I would have never thought to consider which was ideal. DO NOT USE THEY TAKE YOUR $ AND YOU CANNOT USE SERVICES! ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-06-24* I reserved a spot to store my luggage after flying. The place I stored unbeknownst to me was permanently closed. The app however did not inform me of that so I went out of my way to a permanently closed business where I could not store anything . I called customer service and they said they would refund my money. They still have not given me a refund. They will not respond to their emails or phone calls. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend using because apparently it’s a gamble on whether the place you book is actually open. The app shouldn’t even allow for places that are permanently closed to be an option when selecting especially because this app is used by travelers who may not be familiar with the city. **Developer response:** Hi jwifisj udwiivid, we apologize for the inconvenience that you faced trying to story your things. Thanks, StoreMe Customer Success ### 1/5 — Storage host closing and not aware of reservation *2019-12-31* I reserved a location for the first time in NYC. When we arrived at the location, they were unaware of reservation and closing at 1pm. I had paid $60 for an Uber over to the location and then I was stuck with no place to go. I called customer service and received a voicemail. I used the on line chat and was basically told there is nothing else in that area. So now I’m worse off than I was without this poorly run app. I had other options that are no longer options the day of. Disgusted! ### 1/5 — Another piece of IT crap *2018-03-14, version 1.15* Downloaded it; tried to sign up with email and password 4 times following their specifications of at least 6 characters, 1 number and 1 special; used SHOW password to be sure no errors AND it didn’t work—FOUR times. I’m tired of companies producing IT crap and then thinking customers will just put up with it. The hell with them, and I am deleting the app🌞 And you can be sure that 23 reviews all of 5* are paid or friends! ### 4/5 — Visiting the White House *2019-07-19* Visitors to the White House can’t carry any bags or women carry any purses during the tour so the location nearest the White House was a lifesaver. One suggestion to improve the service would be to send the saved the location a list they can check rather than have them call. Will definitely use again on other cities. ### 5/5 — Great service, not as sketchy as it sounds! *2019-10-22* At first I was pretty skeptical about leaving my backpack and suitcase at a random store all day while I was in Boston - my air bnb had an early checkout time but I had a late flight - but it couldn’t have gone better. It was super simple and quick to check my things in and pick them up later, and it was a local small business with a friendly staff. I was really happy with the experience. I will say the formatting made it so I didn’t initially realize I could look for different locations based on where in town I needed to be, but I think was just a formatting thing; it was really simple though, once I realized I could zoom out or scroll to find a different drop spot, to cancel my reservation and immediately make a new one in the area of town I needed to be. I’ll definitely use this again when I’m traveling next and recommend it to people I know ### 5/5 — Saved my birthday *2019-08-07* I needed a last minute place to store a suitcase, otherwise would have had to scrap my birthday plans (the museum wouldn’t check a bag). It took less than five minutes to find this app and book a nearby location. The ease, cost, and stress relief etc were so worth it.
