As a coach, Ponder has changed my practice. I use this tool to support my clients to develop the skill of being reflective, particularly when I’m not working face to face with them. It also allows for a continuity of communication between sessions. We can remain in dialogue around topics they are contemplating or ones that I’d like them to even when I'm not present. Finally, it keeps the skills my clients and I are exploring together front and center in their consciousness in between sessions which keeps learning and growing an ongoing process throughout the time we are working together. This is a perfect tool for any coach looking to take their practice to the next level.

I have had the privilege of using the beta version of Ponder with my analytics team. There were 3 big benefits I found.

1) It forced me to intentionally think about what the team and individuals really need to thrive.. and communicate that to the team. 

2) It gave me space to closely listen to my TMs and provide feedback, allowing us to make continuous improvement… continuous :)

3) It led me to a community of leaders that are adamant about balance, performance improvement, and meaningful accelerated growth.
