I tried to use the free trial on the higher tier plan and they charged me and I had to contact them for a refund. Then I still wasn’t even able to use the trial and never got an email response back either. I also don’t agree with the fact that you still have to pay for tokens to read book even after paying a monthly subscription. I’d use a different company. ### 5/5 — FINALLY!
