При открытие все разделы пустые, даже нет возможности посмотреть какие шаблоны есть. И сразу просит купить подписку на год. И как покупать кота в мешке???

Почему списались деньги, если пробный период 1 день? И пяти минут не прошло, как я поняла, что приложение мне не подходит, отменила подписку и удалила его. А деньги списаны??? Как такое возможно?
