IG now allows stories up to 60 seconds long. Any vid I insert into a layout gets cut at 15 seconds. Please kindly update, thanks! ### 1/5 — Great templates too but my images aren’t captured *2022-06-24, version 2.8* Love the aesthetics and options but for some reason when I save it as draft, the preview doesn’t show my photos. ### 1/5 — No longer works *2022-04-13* Was quite a handy app for editing stories but now I get a message “load error, failed to load collection” and the app is completely blank. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t fix and there’s no way to contact the developer through the app ### 2/5 — Can’t save colours *2021-11-18* Wanted to use this for editing my stories for my business but you can’t save your brand colours so have to type in the hex code every time from a scrollable panel. I gave up within a few minutes ### 3/5 — The concept is great but too many bugs *2021-10-12* I love the options you can choose, but I’ve already encountered quite a few bugs that make the app almost unusable. For one, I was able to upload photos when I originally logged on. But now it doesn’t allow me to upload any new ones so I’m stuck with the original 3 options I posted which doesn’t help much past this point. ### 1/5 — App has serious glitches ! *2021-09-27, version 2.8* It won’t let me export any of my templates to any platform even Planoly. I can’t add text, I can only modify the text that is in the template if there are any. I can’t do anything but make a pretty story that’s half done but no one can ever see it because the app refuses to let me export or use any of my templates. ### 3/5 — Has Potential but Bugs are Persistent *2021-09-21* I received a trial use of the app through my website hosting platform. The trial came with a set of templates to match my website theme. So I was really looking forward to cohesive Story templates that match my brand. The templates are great but I’m experiencing two persistent bugs. 1. half the time that I export my designs to my device or Instagram, a text box or the entire image is missing. 2. Only 15 seconds of video will export. Whereas IG stories AND competitor apps will automatically cut the entire video into 15 seconds segments (for free). For this reason I’m going to move back to using Unfold app. ### 1/5 — Not worth the $$$ *2021-09-07, version 2.8* Even with the free editing it is so difficult to use and glitchy. It’s not intuitive or user friendly for mobile editing. Also, I made some drafts and saved them to a folder which has disappeared. There is no easy way to navigate to your folders. When I try to use a Pro template I’m given the subscription screen to pay again. I have tried restoring my subscription but it’s not letting me use pro features unless I sign up again. Have contacted support but heard nothing. Today I decided to just purchase the pro version bc I’m bored with the current templates. I paid for the year and have no access to the Pro templates it just prompts me to the purchase page again. When I investigate further and to report the issue I see I’ve actually been paying for it for years and haven’t had access to the pro content the entire time. Please advise ### 1/5 — Cannot access my Pro templates *2023-08-02* Hi. I have tried every day for the past month to access my pro templates. It shows that I have already paid for a year of pro. However, it gives me an error message every time and won’t let me access the template. There’s no place on the app for support or help for this question. So the only place I can find to leave. This is on the review. Please let me know what is wrong. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it, which did not help either. Help! ### 1/5 — I paid, can't access pro features, no one is helping me *2023-06-20* I paid 3 time for this app. And I am absolutely unable to access any of the pro features that I paid for. I deleted the app, reinstalled it, several time. I reached out to customer support several time. And no one, no one at Planoly was contacting me back. I was so desperate that I contacted their social media. Finally, somebody got back to me and said "oh sorry you have bought this app on the Apple store so you have to contact Apple for this issue. We cannot do anything on our end. " And then guess what if I try to contact Apple about it, they say "here is the contact for the app support at Planoly." So it's basically nobody's fault. I paid, I cannot access anything. And no one is helping me out. Amei! ### 5/5 — RECOMMEND *2021-08-08* I really liked the template selections available, I like that there is an ability to use hex codes for background colour so I get the specific colour I want. Eye dropper available. Good options for multiple photos, obviously the sticker options to add give a variety for scrapbook like pages. I use this app as a digital scrapbook, I put the photos and elements together and then save the file as a photo and will print at a larger format like A5 then put that into a scrapbook. The elements are modern but also minimalist available. I use this and one other app and I have tried at least 10 apps of similar use and this is one of the best not to mention affordable yearly subscription.
