## What is StorkFit?

StorkFit is a simple, fast and private fitness logbook. Choose an exercise, punch in weight × reps, save. Get a rank in different disciplines to see your strengths and weaknesses. 
No account. No cloud. No ads. Everything stays on your phone.

• 70+ built-in exercises across chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, abs and cardio — plus unlimited custom exercises
• See exactly what you did last session while you log, so you always know what to beat
• Favorite your go-to exercises to keep them on top
• Get recommendations for weight to break your previous esitmated 1rm.
TRACK
• Full history and personal records for every exercise: heaviest weight, best estimated 1RM, max reps, best session volume
• Progress graphs with time ranges and per-year views — tap any point to see the sets behind it
• Training calendar with muscle groups color-coded per day, so consistency is visible at a glance
