Every other time they have an update it breaks. Absolutely ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Ownership *2022-02-25* Customer support non existent. Very sad you put all your trust into a company and believing what they say about their product to find out you mean nothing to them after they take your money. Very sad ### 1/5 — Apple Version Terrible *2021-10-12* Recently made the switch to an Apple device and this version of the app is terrible. However the last week or so it just randomly stops working and says it’s “unable to sync” the app is up to date and I’ve repeatedly checked StorLogix on our office computer to make sure nothing is wrong there and it’s always connected fine. What use is this app if it only works 50% of the time and there’s nowhere to report app issues? ### 2/5 — Please bring back red StorLogix App *2022-01-24* Been using StorLogix mobile (not 2) for years now and it works great without purchasing the extra $$ features, but new employees and managers can’t download that app. It works great for us, please but it back on App Store!! ### 3/5 — Better than StorLogix cloud for desktop *2025-05-26* I use this app mostly when I am away from my office to check on my property. Other than the annoying ‘unable to sync’ warning it’s better than my StorLogix cloud version in my office because it’s simple and doesn’t add loitering to the alarms. I only want to see alarms and activity, and that’s what I get from this app. ### 3/5 — Mostly good app *2023-02-09, version 2.1.29* I love having access info on my phone now after having another software for the last (almost) ten years I’ve worked here. I wish notifications came through when the app is closed, though. ### 4/5 — Great app, but *2024-03-08* I love having the ability to access/control my gates from anywhere. I do wish I didn’t have to keep the app open to get notifications. I have push notifications on, so I’m not sure why I won’t notify me all the time. I also wish this app had a widget.
