## What is Storm Assessment?

Storm Assessment turns a phone into a damage-reporting tool for utility and storm-restoration crews.

Capture a report where the damage is. Tag it with GPS coordinates, pick a severity tier, add photos from the camera, and dictate notes instead of typing with gloves on. Reports reach your company's dashboard the moment you have signal.

BUILT FOR WHERE CREWS ACTUALLY WORK
Cell service fails in a storm. Reports you save are held on the device and sync automatically when coverage returns, so nothing is lost and nothing has to be re-entered.

YOUR COMPANY'S FORM, NOT OURS
Your administrator configures the report fields, the damage severity tiers and the status workflow from the web dashboard. The app picks up those changes automatically.

KNOW WHERE THE POLES ARE
Load your utility pole locations and see them mapped around you, so a report can be tied to real infrastructure instead of a road name.

SHARE A REPORT AS A PDF
Generate a PDF straight from the phone when someone needs it outside the system.

Storm Assessment requires an account issued by the company you work for. Contact your administrator for access.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-25

The map now uses Esri's current basemap service, with proper attribution for Esri and the data providers behind it. Map imagery loads the same as before; nothing changes in how you file a report.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-18
