Why? It’s absolutely amazing and unique. ### 2/5 — Decent game if you never need support. *2022-12-06, version 1.8* Fun game overall and doesn’t require a huge investment in funds or time. But forget it if you ever need support. I’ve asked for support 14 times and have never received a response. It’s kind of a shame because I used to really enjoy playing it. The content is short and I couldn’t wait to see what came next. And another bug shows a pink square on top of the portal. Submitted tickets and have had no response. Don't waste your time even getting started with it. The Devs do nothing to fix all the bugs. The top two alliances exploit all the bugs (and they're capped at 30 members each) and you cannot progress without lots of frustration. The game randomly kicks you out to the iOS home screen, often at the worst time. Also, the screen shots (previews) are completely bogus. There are no dragons and no spread out control of units. The Devs fraudulently promote awesome 5th and 6th tier heroes, but never introduced them to the game (nobody has them). The units are also completely unbalanced, with the 2nd and 3rd tier heroes almost worthless (and only those top 2 cheating alliances can "earn" 4th tier heroes). Again, don't waste your time. I wish I hadn't wasted mine. :( ### 1/5 — Devs don't care *2016-08-17* I have been playing this game for last 8 months. It used to be good then it was sold to another company and I was hoping that things will get better. However, I am sorry to say that KHG made it worse. No updates, no news, no customer support. I would suggest all new players to not waste your time. The game has potential, however, devs don't care. ### 1/5 — So sad *2016-08-17, version 1.6* Could be such a great game. Large potential but old owners sold it, an new owners are basically letting it die. Hopefully they see the possible cash they could make off this one and reinvest some time into fixing the bugs an upgrading it. Solid core of long time players being left out to dry unfortunately. If someone buys it an at least tries to make some changes it would get 5* and I'd sign up for the subscription again right away. As would several hundred other players. That's their business if that's what they want to do. Fix or I'm done and I wish I could give -2 stars because I would!!!! ### 1/5 — Worst game *2016-04-23, version 1.6* If you want a pay & play game... The best one yet. You can't move forward unless you buy some gems. Either the game crashes just when you collect gems or you are attack 3-4 times to deplete you of your resources before you can upgrade anything. Better games than this one.
