Now it takes my money and says I haven’t subscribed, so can’t get alerts. 🤬 ### 1/5 — Used to be great *2025-11-07, version 8.2.1* …bc it’s one of the few that a) overrides donor disturb WHILE ALSO b) customizing which alerts I get. I, for one, only want tornado WARNINGS, nothing else. But I guess they don’t care about their app any more, hence the ratings dip. Shame. I renewed my subscription but while, yes, they took my money, the app still thinks I’m not paying and won’t send me alerts. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. Nothing. Useless. Remove it from the App Store if you’re MIA, devs. It’s okay to move on… ### 1/5 — Can’t get past the welcome screen *2025-11-03* I I get the welcome screen but nothing after that. I see things in back ground, around the edges of the welcome screen loading. But I can’t get to them. And I can’t get rid of the welcome screen. I woke up to see 3 tornado warnings had silently appeared on my phone despite testing at volumes that would wake the dead. But when I needed it most, the rest of the app completely nonfunctional with old info.
