I purchased this and it worked for several months. Now I renewed and it does not work at all I keep getting the error message “Sorry, something went wrong. We'll look into it, please try again in a few minutes.” I have written to customer service twice and received no response. I have deleted and reinstalled and I am out $29.99 because I purchased the pro version. Do not purchase.
