Difficult to use, and it keeps downloading the same stories, even though I’m posting different links.

I purchased the subscription and loved the app, but after a few weeks it became un-usable. Wouldn’t open. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded several times, tried everything I know. I’ve emailed for support or a refund with no response in over a week. Disappointing as I need it for work and am very sry back.
