Buyer beware! ### 1/5 — Subscription *2025-11-17* I tried the free trial for my children and it was such a blessing, not just for them, but even for me as I incorporated the app as part of our bedtime routine. Until I purchased the subscription in my iPhone and then I tried accessing the app in my children’s tablet. The app got me out of the account and I couldn’t access it in neither devices. I paid the $59 for the year, it shows I have the subscription, but can’t access it. I tried canceling the subscription, emailing many times Apple and the developer and received no response. I really dislike giving the app a bad review because the app itself it’s wonderful and we miss it, but I not only lost the money, but I can’t even use it and having to find time for all this it’s so inconvenient. I really hope the developer can figure out a better user interface when dealing with the subscription process to avoid future issues like this and improve the customer interface experience. **Developer response:** Hi 🙏 I’m so sorry for everything you’ve been through. I kept tabs, I am positive. Apple told me because a cycle is 24 hours before the next billing cycle which makes no sense. If something says free for a certain amount of days you should not be charged. I was charged $59 and they wouldn’t reimburse me. So I redownload the app and then it said I needed a subscription… I just paid $59 for a subscription and still can’t get it. I’ve tried closing and opening, redownloading, and messaging apple and the app developer.
