I made another account and precisely put everything in, and yet it still told me it was invalid. But I used my email name and pass. When I used all of it it didn’t sign me in it kept saying that I have a invalid name/email/password. I try to recreate it again but no delete account or sign off button is on the app. I tried it with different passwords and names and email it still doesn’t work and it says email already registered. I don’t have a computer until the next week. For example, once you’ve made an account, it doesn’t save. I sign in, then when i go out it doesn’t save, it wants me to log back in and i don’t know my last account I’ve made but I made like 6 accounts and forgot all of them. Second is that I’m not allowed to have Instagram at such a young age. I don’t like how you have to use only audio record to tell your story and then the Storybooth company has to go through the trouble of finding out what the person looks like. How about you allow the person to access the camera and the audio recording settings so they can tell their story and you can get see what the person looks like to make the story. It’s like the lottery but for people that are younger than 18. It also has animations. I’ve seen so many of these videos and I always want more! I would love to be on there but only some people get the chance. Keep it up! ### 4/5 — I can’t login *2019-06-17, version 1.3.4* So I love this app a lot. I wanted to share my story so I registered. Then I went on vacation but suddenly I wasn’t logged in. When I got back I logged in and it kept saying user or password was invalid. I swear i put in everything correctly. So then i registered again. Even with the names I’m sure no one has put in said it was taken. Random letters was too! Could you fix this? I deleted the app and now downloaded it again and I hope it works now. ### 3/5 — Audio problems *2019-02-18, version 1.3.4* I’ve noticed I have been having difficulty with the audio while a story is playing. It’s mute! I tried refreshing the app, toggling with the volume, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No difference. The volume works everywhere else so it’s not my phone. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — I love Storybooth, but I can't login. *2021-02-05, version 1.4* I've tried logging into Storybooth multiple times and it always gives me an "error" message. I've even tried resetting my password via email, but it tells me that the "password reset link in invalid". I'm not sure how long it's been since this app was last updated, but PLEASE consider updating it. Or at least fix the bugs within the app. ### 1/5 — I can’t submit anything! *2020-05-14, version 1.4* I downloaded this app to tell my story, but after I record my voice, it kicks me out of the app. And when I try to get back in, I have to sign in all over again. I’ve tried to do this three times and every time it kicks me out. Now I’m straight up mad. Please fix. It would be an amazing app if this wasn’t the case. Another thing worth mentioning is that I can’t hear anything when I play the videos on the app; it’s completely silent. It took me 12 tries to get it just right, and when I finally did, it would not let me submit it. It kept telling me to “put a title” and I had the perfect one in mind, but it wouldn’t let me type it in! I tried for several minutes but then had to delete my entire story. Thought this app would be better. ### 1/5 — Logging in is the worst thing ever😡🤮 *2018-03-24, version 1.2* Logging in is a FAIL on this app. It is very hard to login. when I make my account it tells me to login and enter the info i typed in. So, i tried and it just loads forever. I adjusted my phone's autolock to never. So then i left the app running for about 1 hour and 6 minutes. It was still loading!!!! This app is some joke. PLS fix this im pretty sure the same thing happens to some people!!!!!!! This just makes me MAD pls fix and if you can make the app look a fresh look. But when I tried to log in with my old user name and password, it wouldn’t let me get in. Maybe it was because I used the wrong password or something. I don’t know. So, I thought changing my user name and password would do the trick but it didn’t work. I still can’t log in no matter how hard I try. I’m sorry. I assumed my password was typed wrong so I said “I forgot it.” Then, they couldn’t send me the link to reset it. So I tried to make a new account. And it wouldn’t let me make one due to using the same email. I’m Phoebe, and Storybooth is basically the best storytelling app ever. I wish I was able to record my TRAUMATIZING story of how I discovered that 20th Century Fox is DRASTICALLY changing. I burst out in tears after that news. I dunno WHY but Disney should not have done that! Disney, either bring the FOX name and emblem back or give 21st Century Fox their studios back!
