Navigating the app is simple - a swipe turns the page (nice touch), there's an auto-read function, and there's always the option to return to the main menu to select another story. My 3-year-old loves it and can use it on his own. The stories have colourful images that are engaging but are still short enough to retain attention. We really like Galaxy Ben, and the catchy rhymes in The 3 Little Pigs. He's into dinosaurs at the moment so the dinosaur ABC is great, though the names are too complex for him.
