## What is Storyli?

Storyli: Your Story Library helps you capture moments from real life and turn them into stories you can tell.

This is not a diary app for long reflections.
It is a practical storytelling tool for people who want to remember life better, speak more confidently, and never go blank when someone says, “So, what’s new?”

Use Story Library to:
- Save meaningful moments from today before they fade
- Find story ideas in your past with guided prompts
- Develop personal stories you can tell clearly and naturally
- Build a habit of noticing what is worth sharing

Key features:
- Daily prompt: one simple question to capture today’s moment
- Fast story editor: quickly turn a moment into a clear story
- Story library: keep all stories in one place and revisit them anytime
- Search: find stories by words, themes, or people
- First–Last–Best–Worst exercise: unlock strong memories around one anchor word
- Convert memories into stories: turn exercise answers into full stories in one tap
- Streak and calendar: stay consistent and see your storytelling rhythm over time
- Optional reminders: get a daily nudge to capture a story
- Export and import: keep your data portable (JSON / CSV)

Who it is for:
- people who want to become better storytellers
- creators, founders, managers, and professionals who communicate a lot

- anyone who wants to always have a real story to tell

Capture your moments. Build your stories. Tell them better.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 2.0.2 — 2026-07-29

Collecting personal stories should be a reliable process. In this tiny release, we didn't touch the design, but made the app more predictable and reliable.

What has changed in the app:
- While exporting, exclude any stale content in stories and exercises.
- Make the save story flow consistent in all scenarios. It includes showing the splash screen both after answering the writing prompt and after adding a story from the story list.
- With the improved UX details, the tab bar doesn't hide the end of your story during reading, and the buttons on the Exercise screen work even if you tap on their very edges.

### 2.0.1 — 2026-02-28

- Fixed CSV import reliability for large files and migration cases: stories now import even when id is missing, with safer parsing and duplicate handling.
- Improved iCloud sync stability and diagnostics: better fallback behavior, retry/refresh actions, and clearer sync status in Settings.
- Added a lightweight in-app sync indicator so you can see when iCloud sync is in progress.

### 2.0 — 2026-02-26

This update brings two major improvements to Storyli.

First, we did a deep design overhaul to make the app feel more authentic and much more comfortable for everyday story work.
The interface is now cleaner, more focused, and better optimized for quickly capturing, editing, and revisiting personal stories.

Second, Storyli now uses CloudKit.
If iCloud is enabled on your devices, your personal story library is automatically available across all of them.

Thanks for using Storyli: Your Story Library.
