Another app that tries to make it difficult to cancel subscription. In the “Pricing FAQ”, under “Can I change plans?”, says you can cancel anytime. But, when you go to “Plan and Payments” the only options are “Update information” and “Replace information”. No cancellation option. In fact, there is no link to cancel anywhere.

Monthly subscriptions are renewed automatically every month. You can cancel the subscription at any time by going to the  Settings – Plan and payments  page and selecting “Downgrade to basic” from the More actions menu in the upper right corner.
Yearly subscriptions are not renewed automatically so you won't need to cancel it. If you don't renew, your account will move to the Basic plan when the subscription term ends.

When I click to create a frame, the app freezes.

Stories seem to load content slowly because when you scroll with the picture gallery, it doesn’t always show the picture right away.

I love that I can see the stories I’ve written on the app now! The frames are pretty cool too. Kinda like Instagram stories in a way. It’s nice to be able to see my content on the go too.
