At times, it doesn’t post my content and instead saves it as a draft. In some cases, it has deleted reports I’ve written, requiring me to redo the work. Thanks. ### 2/5 — Freezes and lose all your work *2026-04-09, version 1.47.0* Storypark is a great application for any teachers wanting to keep track of learning stories etc. However one major issue story park has is that if you are writing a lovely story it will freeze causing you to have to close the app and reopen it losing all of your work. It often crashes on me when I’m working on something. I also wish there was a way to save drafts of notes that I can come back to later. Have to access web potal to see the details. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Not a reliable app *2023-09-28* The app began with bugs - the app closed on its own sporadically and upload times were up to 7 hours to get a draft. Then it stopped working completely; no fix after closing the app completely, restarting the phone and logging out of the app. Cannot even log back in. Cannot see anything because the screen goes blank. I’ve contacted the helpline but there is no response after one automated email. The last resort is to uninstall and reinstall but because I haven't heard back from the help line I’m not even sure that would help. This would make things easier for the teachers to link our own notes and stories without having to scroll through all the stories. ### 5/5 — Amazing *2024-09-17* Storypark is a wonderful program. I have used this for years now and I cannot rate it highly enough. I used it first for my Family Day Care business and every centre I have been at since I have signed them up to Storypark. We currently use it at our small community based service but services of any size can use this program. It’s easy to use, self explanatory, has everything you will need, and people who aren’t tech savvy can even use it. It’s professional and so well priced. I seriously would recommend Storypark to any and every Early Childhood Education Service. It has everything I ever wanted. The programming options in this app is so good, you can customised it to the way you needed.
