## What is Stowbox?

Keep proof of purchase ready before something breaks.

Stowbox is a private, offline receipt scanner and warranty tracker for iPhone. Scan or import receipts, warranty cards, service records, manuals, PDFs, and serial-plate photos. Keep every document together under the product it belongs to, then find it in seconds when you need a repair or warranty claim.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

• No account or sign-up
• No cloud storage or email scanning
• No analytics, telemetry, ads, or subscription
• No network requests
• Optional Face ID, Touch ID, or device-passcode lock

ADD DOCUMENTS FAST

• Capture a paper receipt with the camera
• Import photos and PDFs from Photos or Files
• Select several documents and file them under one product
• Add warranty details manually when you prefer
• Send documents to Stowbox from the iOS share sheet

ON-DEVICE SCANNING

Stowbox uses Apple Vision on your iPhone to suggest the purchase date and product details. Nothing is uploaded for processing. Review or correct every suggestion before saving.

TRACK WARRANTY COVERAGE

Add the purchase date and warranty length, and Stowbox calculates the expiry date. See Active, Expiring Soon, Expired, or Unknown at a glance, and sort purchases on the coverage timeline.

GET LOCAL REMINDERS

Turn on optional notifications before a warranty ends, while there may still be time to make a claim. Reminders are scheduled on your iPhone; no push server is involved.

FIND EVERY RECORD

Search by product, brand, retailer, model, filename, or document type. Store receipts, warranty cards, service records, and manuals together, then swipe through every saved image.

KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR DATA

Export a portable backup whenever you choose and restore it later. Erase the entire vault, including original files, at any time.

Made for appliances, electronics, furniture, phones, tools, and other purchases worth protecting.

No ads. No subscription. No account. Stowbox never uploads your documents.
