However, the customer service team was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. They took the time to connect with me over the phone and patiently troubleshoot the issue step by step. When the troubleshooting didn’t resolve the problem, they acted quickly and arranged a replacement sensor to be sent all the way to Australia at no extra postage cost. Their communication, professionalism, and willingness to help were outstanding. Really appreciate the excellent after-sales support and how smoothly they handled everything.
