【Strack（ストラック）の特徴】

■ホームワーク
トレーナーからあなた専用のトレーニングメニューを受け取り、自宅や近場のジムなどでトレーニング。お一人でも質の高いトレーニングを行うことが出来ます。

■トーク機能
チャット形式のトーク機能でトレーナーにトレーニングや食事に関して質問をし、アドバイスを受けることができます。

■オンラインレッスン
アプリ内からワンタップでビデオ通話画面にアクセス。離れていてもパーソナルトレーニングを受けることが出来ます。
