Now living in the US, I tried to order online but when I get the receipt through email, they sent me the incorrect size so I cancelled my order and I tried to do it again and it’s the same thing. So I tried to do it through my laptop cause I thought it was better that way but it did the same thing. I cancelled the order before the shipping. It’s so hard to find things now. ### 3/5 — Ich liebe Stradivarius als Marke, App ist cool aber ZU VIELE bugs, nervig online zu shoppen! *2025-11-14* Ich kaufe immer mal wieder etwas bei Stradivarius, aber wenn man länger shoppt und sich Artikel anschaut, stürzt die App irgendwann ab und das mehrfach. Das ist schon seit längerer Zeit so. Eigentlich schade, dass noch nichts daran geändert wurde, ich bin sicher nicht die Einzige, der das passiert. Ansonsten sind die Klamotten top, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist fast immer super. Die Lieferung ist gut, kein Plastik, sie achten in dieser Hinsicht auf die Umwelt. Rückgabe funktioniert einfach mit QR-Code. Probleme mit der Bezahlung hatte ich bisher auch nicht. Bestelle schon oft. Ich kann den Shop auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, vor allem für Frauen, die nicht so groß sind. 3 Sterne wegen die bugs, die sollten echt daran was ändern.
