Vielen Dank! ### 3/5 — Ich liebe Stradivarius als Marke, App ist cool aber ZU VIELE bugs, nervig online zu shoppen! *2025-11-14* Ich kaufe immer mal wieder etwas bei Stradivarius, aber wenn man länger shoppt und sich Artikel anschaut, stürzt die App irgendwann ab und das mehrfach. Das ist schon seit längerer Zeit so. Eigentlich schade, dass noch nichts daran geändert wurde, ich bin sicher nicht die Einzige, der das passiert. Ansonsten sind die Klamotten top, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist fast immer super. Die Lieferung ist gut, kein Plastik, sie achten in dieser Hinsicht auf die Umwelt. Rückgabe funktioniert einfach mit QR-Code. Probleme mit der Bezahlung hatte ich bisher auch nicht. Bestelle schon oft. Ich kann den Shop auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, vor allem für Frauen, die nicht so groß sind. 3 Sterne wegen die bugs, die sollten echt daran was ändern. It has been logging me out if I haven’t been on for a short amount of time, then when I try to log back in, says I need to change my password and that it has sent an email to my email address. I haven’t received one email, and I even tried to sign up with a new account using my Google account instead but it says the same thing. Cannot choose a delivery or pick up location as ir keeps on giving me error. Fail. ### 3/5 — Top aber UX Potential *2024-10-20* Ich bin großer Stradivarius Fan. Die Kleidung ist top, leider werden die Preise immer teurer… Es sollten gerne Filialen in Deutschland z.b. Düsseldorf eröffnet werden. Bei dieser Bewertung geht es aber um die App, daher leider nur 3 Sterne. Die App ist gut organisiert, reagiert stets in Sekundenschnelle und bietet alles was man braucht. Aber es besteht Optimierungspotential zum Beispiel im UX für IPhone Nutzer. Wenn man auf einen Artikel klickt sollte man auch mit einem einfachen swipe von links nach rechts wieder zur PLP kommen. Da muss man leider immer auf den Pfeil oben auf der PDP klicken für zurück, das ist gerade für i phone User nicht intuitiv. Zudem sollte es die Möglichkeit geben schon auf der PLP mit bei den kleinen Bilder mit einem swipe die artikelbilder durchzugehen ohne den Artikel aufrufen zu müssen. Was leider wirklich grottenschlecht ist ist der Kundenservice in WhatsApp. Welche KI auch immer dahintersteckt sollte abgeschafft werden. Habe versucht mit einem Mitarbeiter verbunden zu werden. Das hat die KI wohl nicht verstanden und mich immer wieder aufgefordert „mitarbeiter“ als Nachricht zu senden, dann würde sie mich verbinden. Das hab ich gute 6 mal nacheinander gemacht und immer kam die gleiche Antwort: Bitte geben sie Mitarbeiter ein. Verbunden wurde ich nie. Am nächsten Tag zu anderer Uhrzeit (immer zu servicezeiten) exakt das gleiche Problem. Hab dann aufgegeben und alles zurückgeschickt was nicht hätte sein müssen. This needs to be fixed. ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-09-09, version 13.50.1* I’ve bought Stradivarius items before and really liked them but there seem to have been some major changes. Jeans are much lower quality, and completely different sizes. Took over a week to dispatch the items. Then, when trying to return a faulty QR code was provided where half of it was cut off. Tried to contact customer service about it and they were totally useless and were unable to locate the return (even with a return number provided). ### 1/5 — Return service is awful *2024-07-15* I like Stradivarius as a brand. I was an established customer when I lived in Milan. But now that I'm in the US, I'm buying items through the app. I wanted to return some items this time, and I contacted them ten times, but the customer service did not work correctly. Takes too long to load. ### 1/5 — Not working *2024-04-24* I registered via Apple, and now, when I try to log in, it says your account is disabled. I am not able to see my order status or can’t access my wishlist. I can not log in by entering my email since I used the hide my email option. This was not the only problem; previously, when I made an order, the order status wasn’t updated, so it was saying in transit, but it was delivered, and I wouldn’t know if I didn’t ask them. My order was not delivered and they are ignoring me. They are not able to deliver my order but they don’t want to cancel or refund me!!! Customer service is not responding at all!!! I’m reporting this company!!! ### 2/5 — In store purchase and returns receipt not working properly *2024-02-22* I opted for the online receipt when I purchased an item in one of the stores. Instead of receiving a receipt like I normally do from other shops, I had to register to get the receipt, which is ridiculous. You need to make it clear to your customers that that is what is going to happen. The receipt wasn’t showing up on the app. I had to log in on the website where I was able to access the receipt. I had to wait 24 hours to access the receipt on the app. Not a good start. To make matters worse, when I returned the item to the same store I did not receive an email confirmation or notification on the app to confirm my return. The return was processed according to the cashier and the manager said that I needed to wait 5 working days to see if the money will be refunded, which will confirm that the return was processed. My anxiety was high! I instead opted to contact the company on the app via email. The box doesn’t allow for much to be written inside so it makes it hard to explain what the issues is. I instead had to use the WhatsApp option to speak to someone. Once my issue has been resolved, I will be deleting the app. I can’t speak on the online purchases and refund process because I haven’t used it. It seems like they need to work on the issues for the in store purchase and refund receipt, as well as notifications. **Developer response:** Hello!
