## What is Straight Back?

An amazing application that will help you to keep your posture in a healthy straight position. 

You rarely maintain healthy posture while walking or sitting, which could be harmful to  your internal organs and that could lead to unwanted consequences.

Kids and teenagers at schools who are growing up need to get in the habit of sitting correctly in order to perserve their health and good posture and keep them away from back pains in the future.

The application could be extremely useful for people with office jobs that require long hours sitting at a desk or standing straight. It will definitely improve their overall health and fitness, because while keeping a good posture all internal organs operate at their best.

How it works? 

1. Run the application, choose the best settings for you and press 'Start'. Attach your iPhone/iPod to your upper back, either under a tight shirt, under a bra band (for women) or you can buy online a back support band or belt that is attached to your shoulders and can hold the device sticked to your upper back. 

2. The application will keep track of your posture all the time. If you lose your straight posture, the application will remind you with a pleasant tone or a vibration to straighten your back. 

3. After the selected time interval runs out, a wonderful tone would signal you to take the device off.

Best results can be achieved if the application is used daily for at least 25 - 30 days. 

Regular use forms a new healthy habit, then you will keep your good posture even without using the app. 

The sole goal of the application is to help you experience life at its best!

Völlig sinnlos, da nur in entsperrtem Zustand funktionsfähig (kein Hintergrundprozess).
Vielleicht wieder nur so eine App, die irgendwelche Daten sammeln soll.
Was mich ärgert ist, dass diese App irgendwo besprochen und empfohlen wurde (ich glaube auf Giga). 
ich dachte auch, dass Apple jede App auf ihren Mehrwert hin prüft, bevor sie im Store zugelassen wird.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung Tatsächlich ist die App sehr nützlich und wenn Sie sie regelmäßig verwenden, kann sie Ihnen bei Ihrer Haltung helfen. Es muss nicht im Hintergrundmodus arbeiten, da das Gerät in die Warteschleife geschaltet werden muss. Wir könnten eine solche Funktion implementieren, aber es würde keinen Unterschied machen. Bei richtiger Anwendung könnte es Ihr Leben wirklich zum Besseren wenden! Garantiert!
