I downloaded, logged in and tried to use the app to comply with the requirement to use the app for the claim. The first thing I noticed was during sign up, I was entering my email address as my account name and it was white text in a white field. Same thing with the password field. Once I got logged in and fired up the app, I entered the claim number, the date of the inspection but was stymied by what to enter in the reserve field. Several attempts later I had entered some random number (8000 iirc) I was finally ready to capture video. Except selecting “Capture Video” only resulted in a pop up asking if I notified “the other person”. There is also a mysterious checkbox with no identification you can click that takes you to the main menu (which is also a joke). Whoever was hired to write this piece of garbage needs to be fired and SLG needs a refund. I wonder who gave it a single 5-star review?
