Not sure what to do ### 1/5 — Offer a LITTLE something please? *2022-09-09, version 21.12.68* I’ve been with Straight Talk for a few years now and have never had much of an opinion one way or the other. That is, not until I realized that the cloud is only offered on the more expensive plans. I started using them because they’re one of the less expensive options. If I’m going to pay the higher price for a plan I don’t need just to get void storage that seems to be counterproductive. I’ll be honest, for that price I would prefer a carrier with better and more reliable coverage in my area. They weren’t even the most recent photos either, they were all from random times. I tried to take a new photo and it wouldn’t upload that either. It said all content was uploaded which is not true. I can’t figure it out but I’d like to be able to use it to store my photos especially. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2021-11-18, version 21.2.48* I had a track phone that I purchased from straight up but it won't let me sign up to the cloud for this app And gives no information about why or what I need to do to make it work. Downloading it was a total waste of time so don't waste your time pay attention to this useless pseudo-application. ### 1/5 — Good app, bad bugs… *2021-09-02, version 21.2.48* It’s great for storing your photos, contacts, documents, and music off site. I consider it an added bonus to OneDrive, iCloud and GoogleOne that I pay for every month. It’s the fact I can’t get past the authentication screen which is driving me crazy. I have backups elsewhere which is fine for me, but others aren’t so lucky. Other bugs are I can’t delete more than 60 photos at a time. If you want to delete a certain photo. You basically have to wipe it clean each time. That’s a really big bug to me. I should be able to delete one photo that I don’t want anymore. That’s how I can’t get past the authentication screen to begin with. I forgot how unfinished this app was and I don’t want to reset for a third time. I pay for this every month. Please fix it. It keeps saying an “authentication problem”. I have already been to a straight talk agent where I brought my phone and service from in Walmart. Over half of my perks are “not accessible”. I just purchased everything on March 6, 2026. I can’t even use the cloud space. Also I’m on a private WiFi network at home an it is not public and no one is on there that shouldn’t be on there.
