Horrible outsourced customer service. They should be tried for RECO. ### 1/5 — Mr. Tibbs *2023-04-06* Used to be a good service. Not so much anymore. Poor quality connections . Absolutely terrible ability to use. They used to have an app to download that worked great. Now I have to to the App Store and search for the app then use it. Definitely not worth the money since customers receive little or no help. Until now, because I cancelled my home internet I got over 60gb limit and even that I suppose to have unlimited data, speed in my phone went rapidly down. When I called costumer service they told me that they fixed that and I have to just reboot my phone. Nothing changed. I went to Apple store, they ran diagnostic because I thought something is wrong with phone. They found issues, but not with the phone, with cellular provider!!! I had to change the bold settings on my phone to try to see it better!! Please change it to a darker text, like a black color, so we can see it better!! ### 1/5 — straight talk international calling *2022-11-23, version 3.2* During the winter of early 2022, I used Straight Talk for calls home to Canada while in FL. I was able yo directly dial those numbers. Now when I signed up for this winter, I either have to dial an access number first or use an app. Dialing the access number works but the app which is supposed to eliminate using an access number first, doesn’t work. I read all instructions I could find on the internet to no avail. ### 1/5 — Canada *2022-10-06, version 3.2* I have the international plan and still can’t call Canada!! My favorite numbers aren’t recognized, and I have no way of direct dialing anyone. If you try using this as it’s explained, it’ll take you twice as long.
