What is the point of this? It said 0 contacts available???! Waste of my time. I tried google, Verizon, Apple cloud, no transfer apps worked. Finally downloaded an app with 3 day trial, worked in like 30 seconds!!! No attempts to correct this issue have made any difference. I spent four hours of my day with three levels of managers who could not figure out how to make this app work!!! The level of incompetence grew with every manager I spoke with at their company. I ended up having to wipe the data from our phones and start from scratch, but by that point everything was so messed up that I’ll probably just scrap everything after service plan is up and find a provider who knows what they’re doing.
