The app hasn’t worked for nearly 2 weeks, messages unable to be opened and can’t even send up to date progress pics.

They are aware of the issue but incredibly still haven’t fixed their own app after 2 weeks of it being broken…

There’s a problem with the app, it gets you stuck on the first step. When it’s asking what you’re looking for the screen gets white and all the buttons disappear. I had big expectations and that’s very disappointing 😡

App works for me. I’m on my second tray of aligners and I’ve done everything through the app. There’s only been once I was unable to upload a video but was able to email it but all media messages to the dentist/ customer service etc has been straight forward and I get a quick response. I like this company there’s a good duty of care. 

What would be great as a development to the app is a tray reminder that alerts you when you are to change your tray. Also a timer with in the app that you can start when you remove your aligners. For example the app alerts you when you have had your aligners off for 10/20/30/40/ etc minutes.  This would help make sure you wear your aligners for 22 hours a day as required. 
Also to add photos of your progress in the app under a calendar where you can also make adjustments to your plan as you need 

I highly recommend this app and company  and it’s convenience is fab! 
Don’t be deterred by the low stars give it a try if it’s something you would like to do.  Also check out the trustpilot reviews.
