It goes on to say I should email the app developers. They have never answered my email. ### 2/5 — Not working *2021-05-27, version 3.3* For some reason you cannot lookup a product? It just says “something went wrong” so now I can’t track anything ### 2/5 — Unreliable - “something went wrong” *2021-04-28, version 3.3* Used to be better. Now, keep getting this stupid message and can’t move on. Can’t even save current rating to be transmitted later when the Strainprint server is up. ### 3/5 — Stopped working *2021-04-18, version 3.3* I loved this app at first and would have given it 4 or 5 stars, but the app stopped working. For several weeks now every time I try to add new product to my lists or track a session, I get an error message and it won’t let me do anything. It has rendered a wonderful app completely useless. The more frustrating part is that it does it when trying to add new products sometimes I have to try about 8 times and ultimately have to add another product instead of the one I want because the app just won’t stop crashing so that doesn’t realistically let me track my strains. ### 2/5 — Broken for weeks now *2021-03-26, version 3.3* I get an error every time I try to do anything in this app. When it works it’s okay but lately there is no point. I find only 3 symptoms a bit restrictive when choosing. However I didn’t realize you don’t earn points anymore for recreational use. I’m pretty disappointed in that. But I’ll still use this app every day to help track my use. Would love to hear why you guys made those two changes ### 3/5 — Can’t track enough things *2021-02-09, version 3.1.32* I love the idea of this app but there’s some limitations that make it VERY frustrating to use. I’d like to suggest a few changes to the developers. First, please let us track more than one product per session. Two, please let us select as many symptoms that we’re trying to treat as we like. Limiting it to 3 is unrealistic. My third suggestion is the same as two, but when it comes to the check ins at the end of the session. This new update only lets you select three additional symptoms you feel afterward and before you could click as many as you like. If I experience 4-6 side effects of taking a certain product, I want to document that. Why limit the amount of information we track?? Until these features get implemented I’m going to try and find a different app to use, just because it’s important for my health that I get more detailed with documenting my reactions, etc. Hopefully they fix some of the more frustrating things because I do like the layout of the app and the concept. ### 3/5 — Can’t log but one product at a time. *2020-08-19, version 2.7.3* So I added RSO to a 5mg gummy and can’t keep up with both. Also people smoke when waiting for edibles to kick in. Also not enough products. When is the next update coming? I think I got a message from Strainprint saying it would be overhauled last year? It’s lists producers (like 1906 edible drops) but not the products. I have watched it grow with new features and conditions added. The database for conditions and cannabis keeps growing and I find this app keeps expanding with that. I love how they keep everything up to date for me. The logging is very quick and easy! I love the calendar view they brought in as well so i know how often I am dosing at a glance. This app has helped me track for years now. It makes talking to my Dr about my conditions and how cannabis has helped me very easy. I also can see which strains affected me negatively and check my notes as to why. I have tried hand written books to log and various other apps. This one is the best so far for me as a medical user, with the added benefit of rewards for logging session. The data is used to help people with strains and conditions find the right strain for whatever ails them with reported data. All around great app!! The calendar view and my stats sections are very useful in taking a look back at you use over time. They make it easy to add a new strain, I take a picture of my label and Steph always has it added in less than 24 hours!! I love that it reminds me to check how my dose is working, a couple of times it abled me to up my dose and feel better fast! This app is the best!!! In the future I would love to see an addition where I could write personal notes on a strain.
