If you have your own tools to help with basic car issues like a dead battery, help tow, help with lockouts or provide gas delivery, etc this is a nice way to provide your services with your prices , schedule etc

Even for companies to earn extra income since they’ll know on real time when a customer requests them through the app instead of waiting for phone calls 

They have live tracking for both driver and customer, customer submits payment through the app, you can see car information beforehand leaving no surprises when you arrive, etc
