Every time I click to watch a video for reward is say loading but never actually plays.  I even deleted and re-downloaded the game from the App Store and problem persists

As soon as I rated for a five star there was a problem I couldn’t click on one of the walls for one of the missions I couldn’t move the screen so I’m stuck please fix it thank you game looks fine I just got it started as well
