Designed for Strata Community Managers' clients, the "SCM" App provides owners, renters, managing agents, suppliers and other property industry stakeholders, both Owners Corporation and Facilities Management information and documentation, asset management and service requests, the booking of facilities, the ordering of keys/fobs/swipes and importantly, the opportunity to communicate with key personnel.
