But from my cell phone, I find the app freezes once I log in. With a strong wifi connection and reinstalling the app followed by a hard reset, 2/5 times it freezes and I just have to wait a few hours. I’ve a few issues with it but the ones that bother me the most are: -No Statement option available to be able to view or print. -It locks me out after a couple of tries when I forget my password and once that happens then there’s no way to unlock it without calling a 1-800 number.
