- Using the STRATUM OAM app, you can easily raise complaints/requests. If any asset is malfunctioning, you can simply scan the QR Code generated to the particular asset and send it to the Facility Manager of your gated community. They will quickly receive the details of the asset and fix it. You can also track the progress and if the issue is not fixed during the stipulated time, the complaint will be automatically escalated.
- Using your credit/debit card or other online payment methods, you can pay your service charge bills and other dues right at the comfort of your home. You will also receive receipts immediately after making the payment.
- With the additional security solutions offered by the App, the security of your gated community will only strengthen multifold. Using the Visitor Management feature, pre-approve, approve or deny guests, visitors, and staff with just a click.

Some buildings are missing. Even as an existing tenant I am asked to fill a move in form for some reason. Overall I personally had a difficult experience with this app and its interface.

Despite several emails and providing Title deeds to confirm my service charge liability, Stratum still have debt on my account which was confirmed by them will be amended. They have the previous owners Lootah holdings balance added to my statement, they had promised to amend this but is still showing on the system.
