I find it better than the alternatives. I’ve given it only 2 stars because I was logged out for some reason, I don’t remember my password, and there’s no way for me to recover it or request to change it. I see a field to enter my username and a field to enter my password. There’s nothing else on the login page. Nothing. I have the same experience when directed to my web browser through an email notification. Zero way to recover or request a new password. It’s really frustrating and pretty poor planning, in my opinion. The search process is daunting. Entering acity doesn’t pull up all listings in that city and its hard to tell why. In order to see listings in my preferred city I have to have a general search for all rentals the realtor is showing which is frustrating. Literally have to comb thru over 90 rentals to find the 3-5 units in the specific city i prefer. The app glitches and freezes when you try to set a date for the oldest listings you want to see. Zooming in or out with the normal pinched fingers leads to the app zooming out to a global view and having to double tap to zoom back to where you want to be. These have been issues for a couple years now and no remedy yet. House Sigma, among others offers a much much better experience.
