The app is user friendly and honestly a good platform to begin writing on. This being said, all of my previous project suddenly deleted, which makes the app unusable.

This app is user friendly, and quite easy to use for newbies, until you want to complete the piece and it converts. Every thing I’ve converted on here is distorted. It disappears a quarter of the page, making the pdf unusable for edits or sharing. I’m unsure how I am supposed to use my own work at this point, as there seems no way around this in the saving process. Please help!

The app asks to sign in via Gmail or iCloud. I chose Gmail but it won't let me in. I tried the forgot password link. It emailed me a link that took me to a website and changed my password. Again, using the new password, the app just froze, no sign in happened. I tried a few times and then gave up. The app was deleted.
