## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Awful, random, ugly

*2017-04-25, version 1.0*

With a name like this I'd expect something more akin to what Deepmind can do these days. But this was naive and simplistic. Might've been good 15-20 years ago.

### 3/5 — Beat Block Killer!

*2019-03-28*

If you make beats and you need a quick bit of inspiration. You should get this app! You can run the midi to other apps and have the same melody that it generated running a synth or whatever other sound you want. Get this app! Trust me!

My only gripe is that this app needs Ableton Link or a way to send/receive midi time code in order to be able to fully integrate it into a music production environment.

### 4/5 — Why not export?

*2021-11-30, version 1.2*

Need MIDI file export

### 4/5 — Clean, straightforward and fun

*2018-10-05, version 1.2*

Nice, simple interface, and does what it says. Well enough to be fun. Nothing to complain about as a free app. But it would be nice if patterns generated could be saved in-app, and notes could be altered for velocity, sustain, etc. The ability to tie notes together would be very welcome. I’d happily buy such extra functionality as an IAP.

### 4/5 — MIDI out please!

*2017-04-25*

Should be easy enough!

**Developer response:** Thanks for the stars! Version 1.1 is already in review, bringing MIDI Out. Best, Per

### 5/5 — Fun

*2023-12-10*

I am very "relaxed" at the moment, and this is really fun to play with. It’d be nice to have an export feature

### 5/5 — Not Quite AI

*2023-07-19*

I’m pretty sure there’s some kid just playing live notes somewhere and broadcasting to me but it’s clever :)

### 5/5 — Musical and flexible.

*2022-11-09, version 1.2*

Revisited this and found it to be really good. The melodies generated are genuinely musical and I am using for ear training purposes. It works really well for that.

### 5/5 — Cool little app!

*2019-08-10*

Works as described. Nice.

### 5/5 — This is Great!

*2019-05-15, version 1.2*

This is working very well for me using it along with Audiobus and Cubasis on my iPad. Thanks!

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2019-03-27, version 1.2*

This app is simply fantastic to give musical inspiration. You fail if you are expecting to be generated a Beethoven symphony with 1 click but if you are a real musician you can really easily get an inspiration with a click!! So unlock your mind and expand your music in a better one. Thanks for the app! Well done!

### 5/5 — Great work!

*2018-10-06, version 1.2*

Thanks a lot for midi out! Metronome sounds pure, great for me.
You can add tap tempo bottom for perfecto?
Best regards

### 5/5 — Great little app

*2017-06-27, version 1.2*

Helpful and innovative.
The developer is very responsive with frequent updates.

### 5/5 — Awesome little melody miner. 🔥

*2017-05-02, version 1.1*

Great app and the dev is quick. A+++

Would love to see the ability to choose length and Tap to enter tempo added in the future. 🤞
