But I noticed the horrible quality of products from my recent orders. They sent me free facial cleansers but man, they smelled like roaches! I cannot believe that they actually give away EXPIRED products! Now I do not trust them anymore. So that’s why one of the Avene lotions I got for my kid has a weird fishy smell unlike my previous orders. BEWARE!! ### 3/5 — Great products and prices, unreliable app *2023-03-25, version 2.0.62* The products are great, the prices are great and the delivery service is also very reliable. However, the app is very unreliable, constantly logs me out, forgets my addresses. Auto fill does not work for credit cards or addresses. And where has Apple Pay gone? ### 2/5 — App works fine butttttttt… *2023-02-16* Strawberry net used to -a few years ago-have THE BEST prices on EVERYTHING cosmetic, fragrance n skincare luxury. Now and in the past few years, the selection is still pretty good but prices have become a joke(meaning MOST items priced at or even ABOVE what they retail for). Until VERY recently, they at least had incentives/loyalty discounts that gave good prices sometimes..now this loyalty and incentives are gone too. Used to LOVE to order many high end items from them but now, due to the above, it’s not at all worth it. Tells me to log on so I try that but doesn’t like my password so I try selecting forgot my password and put my email in but then get a message saying my email does not exist even though I have emails from Strawberry net in my inbox. So what’s the outcome? I have deleted Strawberry net from my phone and emails. There are other sites cheaper and more user friendly. Expect to find on the app inflated prices, pathetic specials and ridiculous experimental brands & potions. Got a favourite you go to on Strawberrynet? Forget being able to find it through there awful search database (yep, no engine here, trust me) with inability to review or go back. This clunky, dated app is obviously a reflection on how well things must be going at Strawberrynet - no revenue to give it a upgrade or revamp. It should be used as a museum piece - “how it all started with apps back in the day”. Dont expect to find a bargain or a deal in Strawberrynet anymore! Shop around, check EBay - there are other Hong Kong warehouses doing what Strawberrynet was doing once upon a time. Don’t waste anymore time on Strawberrynet, free yourself! ### 1/5 — Worst E-Market website! *2019-04-09* I had the worst experience with them, i did my order and it was confirmed then I received an email asking for utility bill/ address to confirm my identity on the card? Thats just absurd. Impossible to shop ### 3/5 — PayPal checkout is a nightmare *2019-03-06, version 1.6.14* Tried to checkout with PayPal. Kept going around and around with the identity picture verifications 6 times before finally proceeding to log me into PayPal. Order then disappeared and I get an email telling to log back in and pay for the order. Then has to repeat another 6 rounds of “I’m not a robot” verifications before being logged into PayPal. After 8 minutes I finally managed to pay for the order.
