I think this app needs a update!!! I can only buy the Version 1 of the Stray Kids lightstick for my concert in orlando, so thats why im using this app. Please update!!!! The only date that shows up on the app is a 2020 concert, please update!!! ### 2/5 — Time to update *2024-12-25* this app desperately needs an update. You can tell that they haven’t touched this app since 2020. all of the information is still stuck in Korean with no options to change it. I was able to connect my light stick but after having to figure out how to do it on my own without any guidance in the app. I love SKZ but they need to let JYP see that this app needs an update. Thank you ### 2/5 — Can’t connect *2023-04-05, version 1.0.5* no matter how many times i try connecting my light stick to my phone, it does not connect ### 2/5 — App needs updated!! *2023-03-27* I recently tried to get the app and light stick to function for a Stay Kids concert. I tried from 3 different phones (all iPhones) as well as while at the concert and it all yielded the same result. The light stick will our fine and seems connected, but after that you cannot get past the “all performances have ended” screen. I did try the suggestion to hold the LS on button for 10 seconds before paring and this does seem to work to initialize it again, but still it was the same result of not being able to change colors. Of the thousands of other fans at the concert, there were only a few that had been able to get theirs to work it seemed like. I reached out to the Stray Kids store for support and they have been great but ultimately it is the app developer that would need to address the issues. The last update show a year ago and I the ticket selection info it shows 2020 as the only dates to select. Please update and fix this app. Thanks. ### 2/5 — Light stick use without concert *2023-03-17* I just wish we can use the light stick even when there is not a concert. For example we can play their song on the app and that would connect to the light stick. I’ve been struggling with this app since July and I finally figured out how to get our lightsticks to connect. The app is not straight-forward about it at all. Pull up the screen where you’re ready to connect your ls but DON’T press “start” yet. Hold down the button on your ls for about 10secs and all of the colors will flash. Once it’s finished, press “start” and the ls will connect and it’ll turn a certain color. Tap on whatever color your ls is and press “next” and you’re good!! It wouldn’t let me play around with the colors right now because there’s no event or concert going on, but at least it finally works.
