Causing lag time of information. ### 1/5 — Keeps logging me out *2021-10-19, version 5.7.2* It’s won’t allow me to stay logged in. This is annoying when I could do some of my school while on the go. ### 1/5 — IPhone pro max (videos don't work on it) *2021-04-15* when I got a new iPhone the Videos dont playing on my iPhone pro max. However it worked on my older iPhone. It Keeps telling me to allow third party cookies. And I contacted apple and they said there has to be something wrong with the app itself because we went through all the trouble shooting thru them to try and fix a issue and still not working. 😔 Does anyone know the fix? It logs me in and then doesn’t load any of my courses or my assignments. I can only use the app on my phone. I just saw a review from four years ago talk about how old notifications lingered. I've been a student and have had this app for almost four years and notifications problems still plague the app. When one action happens, like an assignment getting graded, or someone replying to a discussion post, I get MULTIPLE notifications?! I'll see 4 notifications, login, and see one actual alert. Extremely annoying. I am uninstalling/reinstalling today, and if that doesn't fix anything I'm prepared to finish my degree without the app. Only reason I had it was to check grades. ### 1/5 — App is broken *2023-08-11* I get notifications that don’t appear when I open the app. The grades and objectives aren’t syncing properly. I have an iPhone so this should not be problematic. But the notifications do not stay cleared out. When I mark all as read, once I close the app and do other things, when I reopen the app, there are 25 notifications all over again. The Touch ID has also failed to work. When I contacted help, they simply told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. That hasn’t worked yet. I like the features, but please make Touch ID work with the newest apple iOS updates and fix your notification issues. Plus I would like to see my overall GPA when I look at my degree progress.
