Every time I hit redeem it does NOTHING!! I really enjoy the app but I don’t like being promised something especially when it comes to money then lied to. it paid out the $5 when I got 5 in a row no problem! I’ve tried contacting customer care and haven’t heard back! I spent about 9 months playing and finally got to $10 and cashed out. There are a few steps you have to go through in order to cashout, which is expected. I did all the steps and got an email from them stating they would pay me $5. Where’s the other $5?!?!? They said the payout would take 2-10 business days. Its been 3 weeks now. Regardless, they didn’t pay me anything. I’ve emailed them 3 times with no responses. Play at your own risk! What’s the point of having an app that doesn’t do what that say they do? Prizes for streak achievements seem to be granted randomly rather than consistently. Support has been emailed twice now with no response as I’ve had multiple unpaid 5-game streaks. The slate of games during football and basketball season was great, but during baseball season, where the heck are all the games? Most days there are 5 or fewer choices. The lack of communication is highly noticeable. This was the first app I found to try to replace my ESPN Streak for the Cash fix, but it’s quite possible this is just another scam. Would be curious to know if those who’ve earned more than $20 actually got their prizes and were able to cash out. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Misleading App *2025-07-24, version 1.3* Prizes are for bet credits, not actual money. You can lose your streak from no available picks to make and lose the bet credits you’ve earned from not claiming them in time. Junk Junk Junk ### 1/5 — Cheated out of my $100 prize *2025-06-29, version 1.3* Recently I had 9 wins in a row and my streak was about to expire but I was given a certain amount of time left to get my 10th pick entered but then it showed that my streak had already expired before I was able to enter in my 10th winning pick in a row when I know I should have had at least around 1 hour remaining to enter my 10th winning pick that I did end up getting correct and so I should have won $100 but my streak had expired around an hour too early and I have no idea how that happened but I am really not happy with this app for cheating me out of my $100 prize just like that and after I had wasted so much of my important time on this app just trying to win that money and all for nothing. I am struggling financially too much the way it is when I could have been doing something better with my time instead of only spending that time on this Streaks app only for me to be cheated out of what I should have won to show for my time and progress that has now only gone to waste and all for absolutely nothing at all 💔 ### 1/5 — Scam or real? *2025-05-23, version 1.3* Use to pay but not anymore. They claim to contact in 24 hours and pay but it’s been over a week and contacted support with no reply or anything. Once you start getting picks correct they remove your tiers and make them harder to ever win anything, that’s how they “limit” you just like a sports book. Stay away from this scam. I emailed them multiple times, but they either ignored my support request or sent a copy-and-paste response saying they were “working on it.” Weeks have passed, and nothing has changed. This game could be a great addition to a limited market if the developers actually engaged with the community and fixed issues. The lack of support should make any gamer wary—really disappointing. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2025-02-06, version 1.2* App is a scam, do not verify your account. I was on an 8 game streak, all wins off of college basketball. Then, every single college basketball game disappears and the app tells me I have 24 hours to place my next pick when it’s usually 3 days.
