The cost has continued to rise as our team has expanded and we can no longer afford the services. Thank you. ### 2/5 — Pretty great at first, unusable speed on iPad OS now *2023-11-02* Not sure what has happened in the last few days, but creating new boxes linked to emails with Streak on iPad OS has become unusably slow. Great feature set, missing some key things (like adding/changing labels on emails) that make me still have to go back and forth between Gmail and Streak. Interface is somewhat inconsistent and buggy. For example, about 10% of the time, the “Add to Pipeline” button doesn’t show up above an email. Biggest problem now is that for some reason, after hitting “Add” or “Create,” the app takes ages (30 full seconds) at times to create the box. This is unacceptably slow for a CRM. Sometimes button presses just don’t register. If this interface were snappier, it would be a 4.5/5 app and I would use it every day on iPad. Devs, if you do nothing else, please fix the bug that causes an instant crash to Home Screen when typing “@“ in comments or meeting notes. Not acceptable. ### 2/5 — “No Comment” *2023-09-19* Streak has been a 5 star app for me and that of my 100+ agent team of Realtors here in the Triangle Area. But as of late it has dropped exponentially because of one major function… the ability to leave “comments” in the comment box. Each time I attempt to leave a comment in the box using the iPad platform it crashes. This is majorly frustrating and hope that developers fix this as quickly as possible. It seems to be an isolated issue; and works fine via the iPhone app and the desktop version. Additionally… when are you going to bring the ability to EDIT DRAFTS. This is a huge feature especially for us realtors. This will be game changing!!! Hopefully we can have this in a very near future update of course after the Comment Crash is addressed. I can’t respond to emails inside of a pipeline in the app and I have to therefore go back and forth between gmail and streak just to send an email. Also, I don’t like the fact that I have to open a second app in order to access my CRM. Updates to the custom fields don’t get updated to the browser version. As a reference app (just to look up information) The search function for boxes works maybe 20% of the time after numerous hard resets. Please update and fix this issue, provider!" ### 1/5 — Still Crashing… and NO UPDATE *2023-10-09* The comment function in the Streak Box has and continues to CRASH. There have been quite a few reviews regarding this bug including myself. This has become not only a nuisance but more importantly an inconvenience to my business. As a Realtor and one of over 200+ brokers that use this CRM to conduct our daily business you can imagine the inefficiency we all are experiencing using this app. The majority of us are iPad user and use the iPad Streak App to conduct our business. So then you have to decide whether to install Mac just so you can UNINSTALL the iPhone app. It feels like a scam, though I’m not accusing them of that, yet.
