And then the app has shut down 3 times in under a minute. Trying to watch the game via a browser. Brand new problems *2020-10-04* After a FULL YEAR of ignoring an app & service which is promised to paying customers as part of our package, the new app has been rolled out. My old rating was 2 stars because you could actually stream but with a blue bar blocking half the screen. Now my rating is 1 star because you can stream, but the feed is so slow and laggy, requiring closing the match & reopening it every 3 minutes or so, that the app is still nearly unusable **Developer response:** Hi b1g$exy, we are sorry you are experiencing issues. Nothing associated with Trinidad works well. It’s difficult to navigate and often crashes forcing you to delete it and re-login to access it again. I wish we had better options in the Caribbean to reliably watch cricket but it appears that we don’t. Excited to watch all the amazing sports, daily news and thousands of shows and movies! 🙌🏽 ### 5/5 — Fantastic customer service *2021-10-29* I tried to subscribe to watch Leeds United from my home jurisdiction without having to go into a store. By phone and by app it was impossible. I actually found a customer service email address on line, and I reached out more in hope than expectation. That’s where I found Brandon Carvalho. Brandon went so far above and beyond. He explained all the issues to me, helped me subscribe via the app and got some glitches fixed., maintaining contact over 2 months. This is a great product and Flow is very lucky to have Brandon! Much better video quality than I expected - and it includes every live game from Premier League. If I could watch game replays here too that would be even better. **Developer response:** Hi Latlanta, We just updated our app to a brand new version and you can now watch live streams from every league.
